FRUIT AND VEGETABLE JUICE POWDERS
Our juice powders are the ideal choice when your product requires exceptional color, aroma or flavor quality. Although whole or pulp powders contain food solids with higher nutrient content than juices alone, juice powders are slightly more flowable and thus better suited for liquid applications. Most commonly, juice powders are formulated into beverages with highly concentrated color and rich flavor. They also make striking dyes and natural sweeteners for food applications or can even serve as a more environmentally friendly dye in the clothing industry.
Our juice powders are superior to freeze-dried juice powders in every way. Freeze-drying requires carrier to process juice powders; alters pH and color during freezing; removes flavor, aroma and other volatile compounds via vacuum dryer; and destroys nutrients when heated for faster processing. The result: low-nutrient powders heavy with additives including carrier and artificial flavor and color. On the other hand, our juice powders require little to no carrier; retain all color, aroma and flavor compounds; and contain the original nutrition of the juices.
